Catering

We can usually accommodate changes made up to 2 days before your selected pickup/delivery day. Please note that during Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve we will require 4 days.

Most catering orders require a minimum 48-hour cancellation. Orders that are canceled less than 48 hours before scheduled delivery will be charged in full. Please contact your Negril Eatery location when you place your order for further details.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Negril partners with ezcater to provide delivery. The delivery distance will dictate the delivery fee.

Currently, we do not. We provide drop off service only.

We proudly cater for all events with a delivery drop-off service and or pick-up. Please contact the Silver Spring location over the phone to discuss catering options for weddings.

Our food is packaged in half or full-size aluminum pans or plastic platters or bowls. Our aluminum pans fit most standard chafing dishes. We currently do not provide chafing dishes.

Yes, the containers are oven safe but should not be placed in a microwave. The food can also be held hot in the containers through chafing dish setups and sterno kits. Check your local restaurant for details. (Negril does not currently provide chafing dishes or sterno kits.)

No, there is no set minimum purchase for pick up, but there is a $150 minimum purchase for delivery.

Our food is transported in boxes to ensure it remains at the proper temperature until the time it’s served.

Orders are based on availability, so we accommodate as best as we can. Dates do fill up quickly especially during peak seasons, so place your order at your earliest convenience.

While we prefer orders be submitted in a timely fashion, we will make accommodations as best as we can for memorials and celebrations of life.

Gift cards can be used as payment for in-store transactions only.
