Georgia Ave. has long been the culinary home to DC’s large, diverse Caribbean population, reflecting a variety of authentic fare from Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Haiti, Guyana, and more. We opened our DC location along this famous Caribbean Corridor, side-by-side with home style bakeries, restaurants, and other quick service shops.

Seasoned ground beef spiced with Jamaican seasoning inside a golden pastry crust.
Escoveitch Fish Sandwich
Hand-breaded red snapper filet marinated in our signature escoveitch sauce of vinegar, onions, peppers, and allspice, then lightly fried and served inside coco bread with a scotch bonnet pepper aioli.
Jerk Chicken
A whole chicken rubbed with pimento, thyme, and other seasonings and left to marinate overnight with peppers and onions. Slow cooked over the grill and served with rice and peas and a side of cabbage.
